Assisting with decision-making and problem-solving of clinical issues
Conducting initial and ongoing assessment of competency, knowledge, and skill
Planning and implementing education, skills check-offs, and/or other required training

What’s Required:
Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
BSN required; a candidate may be considered if within one semester of completing BSN degree. MSN required within 5 years of hire.
Requires three years of ED nursing experience.
Preceptor or department educator experience preferred.
