About The Job

Imagine being the person who helps build confidence in every product CareATC delivers. As a Quality Assurance Engineer I, you’ll work closely with software and data teams to test applications, validate data, and identify issues before they ever reach an end user. Your role is crucial to building trust in our solutions—and to supporting a healthier future.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute test plans and test cases for both software applications and data pipelines
  • Identify, document, and track bugs from discovery through resolution using our defect tracking tools
  • Collaborate with QA leads, software engineers, and data engineers to understand requirements and system behavior
  • Participate in reviews of product requirements and technical documentation
  • Help maintain test documentation, including test cases, data, and status reports
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and verifying bug fixes
  • Contribute ideas to improve QA processes and support our shift toward automation
  • Support production issue investigation and post-release validation
  • Pitch in on other duties that help the team and business succeed

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, technical support, or a related field
  • A solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common testing methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and a naturally analytical, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to read and interpret functional specifications and technical design documents
  • Experience using defect tracking or project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance principles
  • Interest or experience in automation testing is a bonus
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
  • Must reside in the Tulsa or Greater Tulsa, OK area

And Just as Important…

Your ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and bring structure to complex projects. You’re someone who’s not afraid to ask questions, dive into the details, and help your team deliver reliable, high-quality products.

Ready to Make a Meaningful Impact?

If you’re a detail-focused, quality-driven professional who’s excited to build products that improve lives, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and help us build healthcare technology that people trust.
