Landscape Team Leader

Bridgeville, PA

• As a landscape team leader you will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-4 team members to ensure projects get completed in a detailed professional manner and finish on time.
• Applicant must have a background in the landscape industry and be familiar with plants and landscape related equipment.
• Job Duties include but not limited to: mulching, pruning and trimming, tree and shrub planting, mowing grass, weeding flower beds, installing straw and straw matting, installing erosion control products, use of landscape tools and equipment, may operate vehicles.
• Landscape Foreman position requires previous experience in the landscape industry leading a crew.
• Minimum 2 years experiences as a crew leader.
• Applicant no meeting this qualification will be consider for a landcape team member position.
• GSL is a commercial and industrial landscape company. We work on a variety of commercial properties, new construction projects, and gas and oil sites.

• High School Diploma (or GED)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10) hours per day
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day
