Job Description

As a Hospitality Services Vacation Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience by booking and modifying reservations effectively. The ideal candidate will be personable, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle new reservations and modify existing bookings using the NAVIS CRM and Escapia systems.
Assist customers with property options and information via phone, email, web chat, and follow-up communications.
Respond to guest inquiries and follow up with guests who already have reservations.
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and clearly.
Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide concierge services, offering helpful recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, directions, and entertainment.
Perform general office duties, including organizing mailings, guest arrival packets, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, owners, and vendors in the lobby by managing check-ins/outs, providing information on services and local attractions, upselling packages, and handling walk-ins.
Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
Assist with tasks for other departments and outside vendors as needed.
Strive to deliver the highest standard of service to all customers, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Manage daily correspondence and operational tasks efficiently to support customer satisfaction and enhance the client base.
Complete departmental tasks and assist with projects as assigned.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with prospective guests, current guests, and team members.
Perform other duties as needed.

Base pay: $15.00/hour + commission
