The Opportunity
Description


Join a supportive team where you'll help digitize and manage important records. This role involves rotating through four main tasks to keep the workday interesting and build a variety of skills:

• Scanning Documents: Load paper files into scanners with care and attention to order and detail (seated and some light standing work).
• Quality Checking: Review scanned files to ensure everything is accurate and clear.
• Indexing & Releasing: Tag and upload digital files to the system so they can be released to our clients.
• Light Troubleshooting: Help maintain scanner equipment with simple cleaning and adjustments.

Experience Required for Your Success

• Detail-oriented and focused-you enjoy repetitive tasks that require accuracy.
• Comfortable with a keyboard-heavy job and using computers throughout your shift.
• Able to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand to feed or adjust equipment.
• Interested in gaining experience in data entry, records management, or clerical support.

Work Schedule

• 5 days a week, 9 hours a day
• Includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks
• Evening or overnight shifts may be assigned depending on business needs

• Business casual attire required
• This is a temporary assignment-ideal for gaining office or scanning experience
• You'll work in a clean, quiet, and organized environment
