To be successful in this position, you'll need: + A humble and hospitable demeanor + Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members) + A desire to learn and grow + The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs Additional responsibilities include: cash handling, resolving service or order concerns, maintaining food safety standards, organizing and stocking inventory, interacting with families and children, including at PlayPlace, McTeacher's Nights, birthday parties, and other events, working with sensitive customer data, collaborating closely with staff, including minors, to ensure efficient communication and coordination between all areas of the business.
