Role: Business Analyst (Performance Measurement & Attribution)

Work Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Investment Performance Measurement domain knowledge; Business Analyst or Product roles, fairly standard set of skills - accounting data ingestion, calculations, reporting etc. if possible with existing STT PnA / FLX / GPA experience.”
Apply functional business knowledge when building platform requirements
Ability to perform gap analysis between source of data and existing data model to determine model additions
Effective communicator – can summarize succinctly and can provide details when needed.
Team oriented – capable of working in a global setting.
Detail oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
Flexible and can adapt easily to changing/evolving role requirements
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
