🛠️ What You’ll Do:
🔹 Complete maintenance work orders efficiently
🔹 Prep apartments for move-ins (make-ready) 🏘️🔹 Paint interiors/exteriors 🎨🔹 Maintain & troubleshoot HVAC systems ❄️🔥🔹 Keep the property clean and well-maintained
🔹 Perform routine preventative maintenance
🔹 Keep the shop tidy & organized 🧹🔹 Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies 🚨
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Valid Driver’s License 🚗✔ Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM + On-call (1 week on, every 4 weeks)
✔ HVAC Certification ✅ Preferred
✔ EPA License ✅ Preferred
✔ Skilled in Drywall, Painting, Carpentry
✔ Basic Electrical Know-how ⚡
✔ Basic Plumbing Know-how
✔ Problem Solver with Great People Skills 🧠🗣️✔ Clear Communicator ✍️✔ Willing to Complete Training within 30 Days
